Text Selection and Formatting Tool

Instructions:

1. Type or paste text in the input box below
2. Click "Show Selection Interface" to display character boxes
3. Use scroll controls or scroll bar to navigate long text
4. Click on the first character box you want to select (becomes green)
5. Click on the last character box you want to select (becomes red)
6. Characters between will be highlighted in yellow
7. Click "Format as HTML" to style the selected text or add a hyperlink
8. Or click "Cut Selected Text" to move it to the output area
9. Use "Copy Output" to copy the output text to clipboard
