Company Name (Direct Input) Direct company name input (will override cell reference)

Company Name Cell (Optional) Cell containing company name (leave empty to use direct input above)

Customer Name Cell Cell containing the customer's name (Row 3, Column 2 = B3)

📱 Phone Number 1 Cell First WhatsApp phone number cell (Row 3, Column 3 = C3)

📱 Phone Number 2 Cell Second WhatsApp phone number cell (Row 4, Column 9 = I4)

Invoice Number Cell Cell containing the invoice number (Row 3, Column 6 = F3)

Invoice Date Cell Cell containing the invoice date (Row 3, Column 8 = H3)

Data Range (Items) Range containing invoice items (will auto-detect last row)

Last Row Detection Cell Cell to start searching upward for the last data row
