Getting Started
Initial Setup
When you first open the tool, you'll need to set a password. This password protects your data locally.
Configure Association Details
Go to the Settings tab to:
- Set your association name
- Configure monthly maintenance fee
- Upload your association logo (optional)
- Set initial bank balance
Add Members
Navigate to the Members tab to add all residents:
- Enter member name and contact number
- Use the search function to quickly find members
- Edit or delete members as needed

Collecting Maintenance Fees
The Maintenance tab is your primary interface for recording monthly fees:
Enter Contact Number: Type or paste the member's contact number. The system will automatically fetch member details if they exist.
Select Period: Choose the start month and number of months being paid. The amount is automatically calculated.
Collect Payment: Click "Collect Maintenance & Send Receipt" to record the payment and automatically generate a WhatsApp receipt.
Checking Member Dues
The Check Dues tab provides detailed payment history for any member:
- Quick Status Check: Enter any member's contact to see their payment status
- Complete History: View all payments made by the member with dates and amounts
- Last Payment Details: See the most recent payment period and amount
- Total Contributions: View the cumulative amount paid by the member

Create New Meeting: Click "Create Meeting" to schedule a new meeting with title, date, and time.
